US Market Entry · For founders abroad

Your company's American front office.

Formation, EIN, tax compliance, accounting, and CFO support — the entire financial side of entering the United States, coordinated by a single CPA firm so nothing falls between the cracks.

The problem we solve

Entering the US shouldn't mean stitching together a lawyer, a filing service, a bookkeeper, and three different vendors.

Founders come to us mid-scramble — a US customer is ready to sign, a marketplace needs a US entity, or an investor asked for a Delaware C-Corp. Suddenly there's a formation to file, an EIN to obtain, a bank account to open, and a tax calendar no one is watching.

We bring it under one roof. As a CPA firm that also operates its own US companies, we know the sequence, the paperwork, and the mistakes to avoid — and we run it for you so you can stay focused on the business.

03  Questions

Common questions

General information to help you plan. Your specifics may differ — that's what the first conversation is for.

Do I need to be in the US to form a company?

No. Founders can form and operate a US company entirely from abroad. We handle the filings remotely and coordinate anything that requires a US touchpoint.

LLC or C-Corp — which is right for me?

It depends on how you plan to raise capital, take profits, and where your owners live. We walk you through the trade-offs so the choice fits your goals rather than a default.

Can I get an EIN without a US Social Security Number?

Yes. Founders without an SSN can still obtain an EIN. The process is different and can take longer, so we manage it end to end and keep you updated.

Will you help me open a US bank account?

We prepare your documentation and guide the application so you meet a bank's requirements. Banks make their own approval decisions — our role is to give you the strongest possible starting point.

What ongoing compliance will my company have?

Typically federal and state income tax filings, annual reports, sales tax where your activity creates an obligation, and bookkeeping. We set the calendar and keep it on track.

Do you handle sales tax?

Yes, where your sales create an obligation. We review nexus, register where needed, and set up collection and filing so it doesn't become a surprise later.

How do we work together across time zones?

Most of the engagement runs asynchronously through email and shared documents, with scheduled calls when they add value. Distance isn't a barrier — most of our market-entry work is done remotely.
